A fresh and colorful menu, primarily based on locally sourced fish, a selection of raw dishes, and organic, seasonal ingredients, as well as a BBQ with options for meat, fish, and vegetables. The pieds dans l'eau dining experience by Executive Chef Francesco Ferretti, accompanied by local wines or sparkling wines, is always served with a sea view.
